Are you a good listener? Perhaps you are a person of quietude? Do you often find yourself being compassionate and empathetic? Do you have a strong belief in the Resurrection? Are you able to share your faith?
If so\, and if you are available during the day\, please consider being trained as a Bereavement Minister for St. Mary of Vernon. Bereavement Ministers meet with families of our deceased to assist them in choosing readings and hymns and making other choices for the funeral liturgy.
